Ever worried about the messy aftermath that traditional Castor Oil Packs are famous for? Our outer "less-mess" layer, fashioned from polypropylene (the same material used in yogurt cups) is thermally-bonded to the cotton (alternative to chemical-bonding). Say hello to convenience, and goodbye to mess.
What's more, our Castor Oil Packs are equipped with comfy, adjustable nylon straps, designed to flex and bend with your body's movements while the pack gently caresses your skin. Whether you're snoozing or working, our packs guarantee your comfort every time.

We took our passion for organic one step further by designing a Castor Oil Pack that is 100% organic cotton with an organic cotton strap for those who wish to avoid the less-mess polypropylene layer and nylon straps of our standard Castor Oil Packs.

Expeller-pressed versus cold-pressed?
At Queen of the Thrones®, we only select the absolute highest quality Castor Oil available at the time of bottling, based on third-party testing. Currently, our oil is expeller-pressed. Similar to the cold-pressed method, it is mechanically extracted by pressing the beans to squeeze out the oil, without the use of high heat or harmful chemicals. Expeller-pressed oil was chosen because of the superior quality of testing results.
Castor Oil has a higher oxidative stability than most skin oils, and oxidizes at temperatures above 230°F, where expeller-pressed Castor Oil is only exposed to heat between 140-210°F max. While this heat is higher than in cold pressing, it is still relatively low.
To ensure maximum quality, Queen of the Thrones® Castor Oil is always third-party tested for heavy metals, solvents, and fatty acid profile to ensure it meets our stringent standards of excellence. 🏆
